OmniSystems Selected to Provide State of Utah's Overpayment and Collection System

OmniSystems will deliver a complete overpayment, adjudication, and payment collection system in support of the State’s collection requirement.

OmniSystems is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract to install, configure and maintain an Overpayment and Collection System for the Department of Technology Services in the State of Utah. OmniSystems will deliver a complete overpayment, adjudication, and payment collection system in support of the State’s collection requirement. The Department of Technology Services (DTS) is the technology service provider for the Executive Branch of the State of Utah, offering state agencies a wide variety of services. DTS works together with state agencies to transform government through the effective use of technology.

OmniSystems, with over 20 years of experience in supporting financial services, and 7 years of experience with the Fair Isaac Corporation’s (FICO) Debt Manager solution, has partnered with FICO to meet the State requirements. “OmniSystems is excited and prepared to provide exceptional service as the State embarks on the next evolution of collection management and improved operational efficiencies” said Doug Tinder, Vice President of Business Development. OmniSystems will complete the installation and configuration over the next 15 months and has created a solution approach that can be replicated across many states and government agencies to improve and enhance their individual collection requirements.
