McLean, VA – February 21, 2019 - OmniSystems is pleased to announce that it is a member of the McLane Advanced Technologies Team (MAT) for the ITES-3S contract vehicle. The Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary for Acquisition
(ASA/ALT), Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO/EIS), PD Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (PD-CHESS) has awarded MAT a Small Business Prime Contract position on the ITES-3S vehicle. ITES-3S is a performance-based
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that supports the Army enterprise and infrastructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. The overall scope encompasses the Command, Control, Communications, Computers,
and Information Management (C4IM) requirements with the services and solutions necessary for the Army to transition from current service-centric IT environments to the enterprise Joint Information Environment (JIE) as directed by the Department of
Defense Chief Information Officer (CIO).
The ITES-3S vehicle has a $12 billion ceiling. A total of 135 awards were made, 85 for Small businesses and 50 for large businesses. In addition to the flexibility for Full and Open or Small Business Set-Aside contracts, tasks less than $10 million are
automatically set aside for Small Business. The vehicle has zero administrative fees and can be used throughout DoD and the entire Federal Government. The Period of Performance is from October 2018 to October 2027 (five-year base with four (4) one-year
options).
